Now, we rebuild in their name.
All proceeds from this auction will go toward restoring and renovating the SMC / hospital—honoring those who gave care and attention when it mattered most.
🎯 Auction Rules – SPDGH Online Auction
- Auction Duration
- The auction begins at
midnight on 27th August 2025
- and closes at
4:00 PM on 26th September 2025.
- Eligibility
Open to all. Bidders must provide valid e-mail address and agree to the terms before placing bids.
- Bidding Process:
- All bids must be placed through the official auction website for the 4 elite properties.
- Other items on auction will be directly auctioned at thePicnic.
- Each item will display its current highest bid .
- Bids must exceed the previous bid by the minimum increment specified.
- Bid Confirmation
Once placed, bids are final and binding. You will receive a confirmation email for each successful bid.
- Winning Bids
- The highest bid at the time of auction close will be declared the winner.
- Winners will be notified via email and must complete payment within 2 working days.
- Payments
- Payments for any of the 4 properties must be made via a wire transfer.
- Details for the wire transfer will be directly sent to the winning bidder via e-mail.
- Proceeds & Purpose
All proceeds from the auction will go directly toward the restoration and renovation of the SMC / hospital.
- Disputes & Clarifications
Any disputes will be handled by the SPDGH Auction Committee. Their decision will be final.
